How It Works | Daily Flower Delivery Perth | Small Posy Perth

How It Works

What is it that we do and how does it work?

Every morning we are up early foraging and hunting for the best, freshest in season locally grown flowers and foliage we can find across Perth. We buy seasonal fresh flowers and foliage and offer them to you as a Little Bunch of Fresh Flower loveliness to send each day for just $39 plus Delivery.

After we are caffeinated, usually by 6.00-6.30am you can see what flower loveliness we found for you when we upload the day’s Little Bunch of Fresh Flowers to our website, our Instagram and Facebook page and if you have subscribed to our daily newsletter it’ll be there waiting in your inbox amongst god forbid work items!

We sell just one style of Little Flower Posy Bouquet per day, when we sell out that’s it, finito, all over and done. We don’t carry stock over from previous days, only the freshest blooms are used to make into a Little Bunch of Flowers to the flower loving people of Perth.

Orders usually close by 10am-11am or until sold out. Psssst here’s our tip: get in early to avoid disappointment or better still why not Pre-order A Little Bunch?. Our very own delivery guys and girls get out on the mean streets and deliver flower loveliness to the people of Perth as soon as we can. Flowers should be delivered by 5pm to businesses and 7pm to residential homes, though may be slightly later on uber busy and crazy days.

We just love flowers and the associated positive effect they have on people. The flowers in our Daily Little Bunch Posy Bouquet are locally grown, that means local Perth and Western Australian growers are supported by the flower loving people of Perth. Just as you support us, a local Perth business we support other local Perth flower growing businesses.

The suburb I am looking to send a Little Bunch Posy Bouquet to isn’t listed, help!!! what can I do?!

If the Perth suburb you are looking to send some flower posy loveliness to isn’t included above, you can try and sweet talk us with home baked goodness.

If the Perth suburb you are looking to send to isn’t listed above but is a close neighbouring suburb to one of them, send us an email hello@alittlebunch.com.au and we will try and accommodate you f we can.

Even if you have emailed us (because you really really need the brownie points) and we can’t help you this time, just keep an eye on our Facebook or Website in case we add your desired suburb in. Better still sign up for our daily email so you are up to date with all of our happenings (and possible mis-happenings) and the daily little bunch flower posy offering. It’s easier to read than our smoke signals on a cloudy Perth day!

How do I order?

As we try and keep prices down as best we can, we have streamlined the process as much as we can and that means your order must be placed online. We just can’t do it any other way and keep our prices down.

If you have any questions at all, please send us an email to hello@alittlebunch.com.au and we will try our bestest to respond as soon as we possibly can.

Once we have sold out of the Little Bunch Flower Posy Bouquet of the day you won’t be able to place an order online for delivery for that day. Numbers and stock is limited so it’s best to get in early to avoid being disappointed. By all means you are more than welcome to order in advance for the next day, or a day next week or next month (though we can’t let you know what will be in your little bunch posy bouquet for that day but rest assured it will be gorgeous and your recipient will adore it!)

Please make sure you give us the correct delivery address and any specific details (including mobile phone number of the recipient just in case) that will help our delivery guys and girls out when they are out in the streets of Perth.

As we are trying our darndest to keep prices down for you, only one delivery attempt per order is possible. We can leave them in a safe place out of the weather and leave a calling card and note in the letterbox wising them up to the little bunch flower posy’s existence and precise location.

We love both dogs and jumping, but not together! We don’t jump over apartment complex’s secure entry gates or like to test out whether our pants are chihuahua or rottweiler safe. We will try our best to get your Little Bunch Fresh Flower Bouquet delivered for you, but if we have to go back out for whatever reason we will have to charge you for it. Have a think about this before placing an order, try and suss out if and where the recipient will be on the day of delivery.

What special instructions should I include?

The more info you can give us the better!

Business delivery: in addition to the name and address of the recipient (including floor level) the business name is really important ( there is often more than one business located on a floor) and whether the flowers need to go to main reception, rear loading dock/ good receivables or to the building concierge.

Residential Address: Please ensure that our flower couriers will be able to gain access to the property. If the address is within a secure building please ensure that the recipient will be home on the day of delivery or alternatively specify a safe location where the flowers can be left. If our couriers cannot leave the flowers in a safe location they will be returned to our warehouse and we will need to re-send the flowers. If we need to re-send flowers, an additional courier fee will be charged $15.

Hospital Address: Please provide the name of the hospital, the name of the ward and bed number if possible. In our experience, especially on maternity wards patients are admitted to hospital under their maiden surname so if possible please include this in addition to their married surname.

When do we deliver?

We deliver to our selected Perth suburbs Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Flowers should be delivered by 5pm to businesses and 7pm to residential homes, though may be slightly later on uber busy and crazy days.

Over the Christmas and New Year holiday period, we will be enjoying mojitos, eating too much and embracing all things festive with our families and friends so we are closed over this period. We will keep you updated via our Website, Facebook and Instagram pages.

But I would love to send flowers on a weekend, how about it?

We only deliver Monday to Friday when you’re too busy at work to get out and procure loveliness for yourself. Farmers markets abound on the weekends in Perth, drop into one of these for locally grown produce or flowers and live the life of one of our flower couriers – crank up the cat stereo and get out on the open road.

Is there a deadline for today’s flowers?

We take orders up until about 11-12 midday or until we have sold out for same day Perth delivery. Psssst, here's our tip: get your order in early as we sell out very quickly.

Can I request flowers get sent at a particular time of day?

Ummmmm no, unfortunately we simply can’t do timed deliveries. Our delivery guys and girls pick the most efficient route to take on the day and then rip into it as quickly as they can. By choosing the most efficient route we are able to keep our prices down, keep the Perth flower loving masses happy by getting our deliveries done pronto as well as pleasing the earth with less chemical awfuls being released from our trusty delivery steeds. We do not have set delivery runs, with the run directions changing daily due to the orders than have come in.

Can I organise flowers to be sent another day?

We love it that you are organised, of course you can! You can order one or more days in advance though we can’t let you know what the posy will be on that day – trust us it will be stellar!

So when will my flowers be delivered?

As our delivery guys and girls work out the best most efficient route which changes daily, we can’t give a particular time. Flowers should be delivered by 5pm to business and 7pm to residential homes, though may be slightly later on uber busy and crazy days. We will contact you via phone and failing that via email if we are having an issue with your Little Bunch delivery.

Uh Oh, There is a problem with my order, what’s the best way to let you know?

Firstly inhale then exhale, then do it again; secondly email us as soon as you know there has been a change to what you had originally organised. Sometimes people have to leave work early to pick up sick kids or attend appointments. It may be there birthday and they have contracted ‘birthdayitis’ and so won’t be working on the day you organised for delivery. Things happen, we know that but we need at least 24 hours notice if you are looking to change or cancel your order. If you shower your email with emoticons, much love and your flowers haven’t left us, we will try our darndest to help you out. You can send emails to hello@alittlebunch.com.au

Can you let me know what your Flower subscription is all about?

As it’s our mission to get more Perth people enjoy flowers more often, by subscribing you can choose to send flowers (or receive them yourself – why not!) each week, each fortnight or each month ( or even each day if you're real keen!). If things change and you no longer require the Little Bunch subscription you can cancel it at any time, that’s no issue. (We aren’t a telco or gym!!)
