Terms & Conditions


Thanks for choosing A Little Bunch! We love delivering beautiful flowers, but because blooms are delicate (and don’t love sitting around), we have a limited window to get them delivered fresh.

These Terms & Conditions help cover the costs of re-delivery and replacement if something doesn’t go to plan.

Our customer service and driver team will always do everything we can to make sure your flowers arrive safely and on time — but we ask you (the Sender) to read the T&Cs below to help avoid any hiccups!

 

DELIVERY DETAILS

It’s the Sender’s responsibility to provide:

  • A correct and accurate address (including apartment/unit numbers if needed)
  • A recipient contact number (or the Sender’s number if the recipient’s isn't available)
  • The requested delivery date

If the property might be tricky to access, please email us at hello@alittlebunch.com.au with:

  • Clear delivery instructions (gate codes, access notes, etc.)
  • Confirmation the recipient will be at home or at work
  • Details of a safe place to leave the flowers if no one is available

 

INCORRECT / INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Please make sure your address details are correct when placing your order!
If you need to make changes, you must email us at hello@alittlebunch.com.au before 8am on the delivery day to guarantee same-day delivery.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in a redelivery fee — so double-check everything before confirming!

 

REJECTED & RE-DELIVERIES

If a delivery can’t be completed, you may be charged a re-delivery fee.
Please note: re-delivery may not happen on the same day as the original delivery attempt — it depends on availability.

Reasons for a redelivery fee may include:

  • Incomplete, incorrect, or untraceable address
  • Inaccessible property (e.g., locked apartments, gates with no access)
  • No one present and no safe place to leave the flowers

Our drivers will attempt to contact the Sender and/or Recipient and wait up to 5 minutes before moving on.
We won’t reattempt delivery until we have confirmation and the re-delivery fee has been paid.

 

DELIVERY SUBURBS

When you confirm your delivery suburb at checkout, you're agreeing that it's within our service area.
If your suburb isn’t in our delivery zone, or if the date selected isn't available, we may cancel the order without notice.

If this happens, a $2.50 processing fee may be deducted from your refund.

We also can’t guarantee same-day delivery if you change your delivery address or date after placing your order.

HOSPITAL DELIVERIES

We deliver to hospitals and wards that accept flowers!

Please provide:

  • The full first and last name of the patient
  • Their ward (if available)

A re-delivery fee may apply if:

  • The patient can't be found in the hospital system
  • The patient has been moved or discharged
  • The ward doesn’t accept deliveries

Once flowers are delivered to hospital reception and confirmed by us, responsibility passes to the hospital staff.

 

DELIVERY & PICKUP COSTS

  • Initial delivery fee: $10
  • Redelivery fee: $12

We also offer free pickups for our Little Bunches between 8am - 12pm on your selected pickup day.

 

FLOWER SUBSCRIPTIONS

  • Minimum of three deliveries before cancellation is available
  • Subscriptions will continue until you cancel or until the end date you provided

SUBSTITUTIONS & SEASONAL AVAILABILITY

The flowers shown on our website and socials are examples of the style and size of our daily bunches.
We create a new bunch each day, and colours may vary.

Because we only use fresh flowers, some varieties are seasonal — if we sell out of the daily bunch, we’ll substitute similar flowers to match the vibe as closely as possible.

 

CANCELLATIONS, COMPLAINTS & REFUNDS

All cancellation requests must be emailed to hello@alittlebunch.com.au — though please note, we may not always be able to accommodate late cancellations.

We handle and deliver our flowers with care, but if you’re unhappy with your order, please email us within 24 hours of receiving it with a photo and a short description of your concern.

 

PRICES & PAYMENTS

  • All prices are listed in AUD and exclude delivery (delivery is $10 unless stated otherwise)
  • Prices for products and services may change without notice
  • By placing an order, you agree to pay for the products and services selected
